Completed market research for Happy Sneeze, a fem-tech startup. Analyzed the integrative women's health and pelvic floor market, including market size, key players, and competitors. Identified potential partners in maternal and menopausal health. Provided insights on market growth, drivers, competitive landscape, emerging companies, key investors, and challenges. Delivered strategic recommendations to expand influence in the integrative women’s healthcare market.

Consulting Team Project @ CCTMC
Delivered a comprehensive market analysis and strategic recommendations for an environmental initiative in the biochar industry. The team identified significant growth opportunities, key industry trends, and a competitive landscape with established players. Recommendations included developing industry-standard biochar products, leveraging grants, and forming public-private partnerships to achieve competitive differentiation and sustainable growth.

Completed a project by creating principal project documents like scope, schedule, budget for the renovation of the Building. Also, adapted earned value metrics to make key decisions and mitigate risks while monitoring, controlling & closing the project.

Developed and executed a strategic roadmap for mobile games, optimizing KPIs and product lifecycle management to enhance user engagement. This led to a 25% increase in daily active users and a 15% boost in in-app purchases post re-brand. Skilled in branding, strategy, product management, and consulting.
GE Aerospace x Forage
Individual Project
Completed a simulation on GE Aerospace’s supply chain engineering, developing a procedure to disassemble a GEnx-1B turbofan engine core. Also, conceptualized engineering data for size requirements, used GE's Digital Thread to address non-conforming turbine blades, and completed defect disposition forms in Excel for each blade.

Completed a job simulation for a hypothetical healthcare client to improve their mobile app. Also, reviewed the client brief, identified key priorities, analyzed data for UX changes, and managed project issues while prioritizing long-term initiatives.

tools to dissect strengths and weaknesses; recommended Agile adoption,
resulting in a 30% reduction in project delivery time and increased client
